AFFILATION
Bethany Divinity College and Seminary is Baptist in identification, but trans-denominational in its student body. It is an independent, conservative school serving a variety of denominations and independent congregations. Bethany seeks to prepare its students to return to the denomination or church tradition that nurtured them. Bethany’s programs of study are taught from a conservative viewpoint, teaching Bible doctrine rather than “church” doctrine.

Also, students may use the library at Troy University – Dothan. Bethany provides its own theological library, which is sufficient for conducting On-Site research for all Bethany’s degree programs.
Each student must identify a research library to which he has access. Seminary libraries are ideal and are often available to ministerial students. The libraries of universities with departments of religion are also helpful. When necessary, the Dean of Students will contact a library on a student’s behalf in an attempt to obtain checkout privileges for that student.
